For those who enjoy an active social life, Beck Greener is a very sociable firm. We usually host firm-wide social events each month and are regular participants in sports and other events organised by CIPA and CITMA.
The health and well-being of our people is very important to us. For example, we offer free eye checks and flu vaccinations to all staff members, and will subsidise the purchase of spectacles required for working at a computer.
We also encourage and facilitate team members’ personal development. A very successful mentoring programme helps fee-earning trainees to prepare for their examinations while we also support non-fee-earning staff in gaining further qualifications.
