The patent attorneys at Beck Greener come from a wide variety of technical backgrounds which, coupled with our demonstrated capacity to pick up new technology, means that the firm is perfectly positioned to tackle any innovations in this sector.

Our particular experience in this sector includes selective adsorbent materials for air separation and/or purification, bistable composite materials, packaging materials and of course polymeric materials for a huge variety of purposes. We have also extensive experience of applications for ceramic coatings and nanoparticulate materials, new and improved printing techniques, moulding methods and steel processing. Further, our experience extends to spectroscopic techniques and apparatus for use in the characterisation of materials.

We have been working with one of our clients since their company was founded with the goal of exploring bistable composite materials and their applications in a variety of fields in both domestic and hostile environments where high performance is critical. We have been instrumental in establishing an extensive patent portfolio for them in this area.

Our firm has also for many years worked with a major player in the field of packaging materials, for whom we provide a spectrum of services from invention harvesting, patent drafting and prosecution to handling their contentious work, particularly complex post-grant matters at the EPO which are often transferred to our firm because of the complexity of the issues at hand.
