Anti-slavery & human trafficking
Beck Greener is a long established European intellectual property (IP) law firm based in London, UK and Alicante, Spain providing IP services to clients worldwide. We work with contacts and attorney firms on an international basis to establish, protect, enforce or oppose intellectual property rights for our clients.
Modern day slavery and human trafficking are crimes. Beck Greener has a zero-tolerance stance to any form of slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour. We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery or human trafficking does not take place anywhere within our business or within our associated supply chains. The firm provides professional services with a relatively short supply chain so we assess the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chain to be low but we have processes and procedures in place (such as contracts, formal procurement and a complaints procedure) to ensure these crimes do not occur within any aspect of our business and that all our suppliers, contractors and business partners follow the firm’s stance on anti-modern slavery and human trafficking.
