Although trade mark rights have traditionally been granted on a territory by territory basis, we know that the business environment is international. We ensure that we have a working knowledge of overseas trade mark law and practice and a valuable network of local counsel in all major countries.

We are authorised to act before OHIM (The European Community Trade Marks Office) and the World Intellectual Property Organisation and have experience in all aspects of the European Community and International trade mark registration systems.
