We advise in relation to all aspects of industrial design and copyright. We register designs in the UK Designs Registry, a branch of the UK Patent Office. We act before OHIM for European community designs which can provide cost-effective protection for a design for the whole of the European Union. We arrange for national registrations of designs in practically all countries of the world. We act for clients in respect of infringement matters, whether for the rights owner or the defendant. We also advise on unregistered design rights, industrial copyright and matters relating, for example, to copyright, technical drawings, software and logos.
