Jacqueline Needle read Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Leeds University. She is a UK and European Patent Attorney and a Registered Trade Mark Attorney, having qualified in 1974. She has an LLM in Advanced Litigation from Nottingham Law School. Jacqueline is one of the few patent attorneys with the right to conduct litigation in the English courts. She was the first woman to be elected to the Council of The Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys and is a member of the Institute's litigation, patent and international liaison committee. Jacqueline has experience of a wide range of technology but specialises in electrical and electronic engineering including telecommunications and digital signal processing.
